We can not accept the return of copyrighted materials such as patterns, books, cds or dvds. All sales on these items are final (except for damaged items).
We will gladly refund your money in the event of defect or damage. Customer must return the damaged/defective item(s) in the condition received.
We will also be happy to replace any damaged or defective items. Shipping for replacement items is covered by Angel Threads Quilting when the same item replacement is requested within 30 days of receipt of original item.
If your package is received in damaged condition from shipping, please notify us immediately (within 3 days of receipt of the package).
Refund requests are to be made within 30 days of the date of the order.
All items require an RGA number assigned by Angel Threads Quilting before it may be returned. RGA's are valid for 30 days. Any items returned without an RGA, or after the 30 day return period are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
Eligible refunds will always be made in the same format as the original payment was made and only to the person who made the original order. This means credit card refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase. Paypal refunds will be issued to the same PayPal account used to place the order. Check refunds will be issued to orders paid by mailorder check or money order.
Occasionally, items are lost in the mail. If an item is lost in the mail due to an error on our part or on that of the USPS, we will replace the item or refund your money. For USA orders we must allow up to 14 business days before we will offer a replacement or refund. For International orders we must allow up to 21 business days for any misdirected packages to surface before we make a replacement or refund.
Please notify us promptly if an order is not received promptly. We are not able to refund any order if a customer has not notified us of non-receipt within 30 days of the date the order was placed. Often international orders take much more time than that to arrive at their destination.
All claims for missing, damaged, broken items, or if you have received the wrong item, must be made within 3 business days of receipt of the order. Your claim must be submitted in writing, or by email to orders@atqsales.com.
